Tender for the Provision of Legal Services to the Adoption Authority of Ireland, comprising: 1) Legal advisory services to the Adoption Authority of Ireland, generally on matters related to its statutory functions and powers, as prescribed in the Adoption Act 2010; 2) Legal advisory services to the Adoption Authority of Ireland, generally on matters related to its statutory functions and powers, as prescribed in 1993 Hague Convention on Protection of Children and Co-operation in Respect of Intercountry Adoption; 3) To represent the Authority in relation to High Court applications pursuant to Sections 18, 30, 49, 54, 90 and 92 of the Adoption Act 2010 and otherwise; 4) Provide general Legal Services from time to time (including corporate, commercial, employment, regulation, information, civil, health and social care, litigation).
