KIRKGATE ENVIRONMENTAL WORK

Tender description

Wakefield and District Housing Limited invites tenders for work to "Kirkgate" Wakefield. Location of Monk Street and Park Street, Wakefield. Boundary improvement works, edgings, resin bound surfacing and planting. The fabrication and installation of steel laser cut panels is to be supplied and installed by Campbell Design Engineering and this element of work will be managed by WDH as Principle Contractor in conjunction with the awarded groundwork contractor. You are expected to cost using appendix 3 Kirkgate Schedule, and provide further information if required so that a full and clear breakdown is provided. Please ensure that a programme is attached and submitted of how to achieve the 4 weeks completion forecast. You are also required to submit all items stated in this invitation. Should a person proposing to submit a tender be in doubt as to the interpretation of any part of this Invitation to Tender, or its Appendices, Sophie Morgan (Quantity Surveyor) will endeavour to answer written queries, so that they may be resolved prior to tenders being submitted.
