Tender description

The Trust has approved the R&D Development Project and the funding, and now wishes to undertake the design, construction and commissioning stages, and has appointed the Architect/ Principal Designer, M&E Consultant and Structural Engineer to work in partnership with the Trust to successfully deliver the Project. The Trust will take the role of Project Managers. The successful Quantity Surveyor will join this project team. The project team will be established in order for the design team to formulate a brief, establish costs, obtain an approved design and take the project to tender. The appointed Architects/Principal Designer, M&E Consultant, Structural Engineer and Quantity Surveyor will work closely to report costs at feasibility (Cost Plan), tender (PTE), appointment (Tender Report) and construction stages (Financial Report & Final Account).
