PLEASE NOTE, THIS IS A MARKET ENGAGEMENT EXERCISE, NOT A FORMAL CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY. We are looking to our landscape consultants to be appointed at inception to work alongside framework consultants, engineers, architects, and contractors to help identify best practice and innovation applicable to each scheme. Through the project lifecycle and workstages the framework landscape consultants will be expected to work in partnership with our development, delivery, operations and maintenance managers. Each new development or new settlement will seek to enhance the natural environment, mitigate against climate change, reflect regional landscape character and provide a setting for sustainable communities to grow. Home Group expect the landscape framework teams alongside strong leadership to demonstrate the following capabilities: • Landscape & Visual Impact Assessments • Landscape Led Capacity & Character Studies • Green Infrastructure Strategies • Public Speaking, Engagement & Consultations • Landscape Design • Graphics, modelling and VR experience. • Landscape Maintenance & Management • Site Inspections & Valuations Please express your interest to see more in depth information about what we are looking for and follow the submission instructions.
