Tender description

This Market Engagement Questionnaire is an information gathering exercise following the Market Engagement event held in July by NHS Northern, Eastern and Western Devon and NHS South Devon and Torbay Clinical Commissioning Groups. The purpose of this document is to inform the development of their approach to improving the delivery of services for Children and Young People Complex Personal and Nursing Care. The engagement exercise by NEW Devon CCG and SDT CCG will inform the development of the CCGs approach to improving the delivery of services of Children and Young People Complex Personal and Nursing care. The purpose of the service is to support and enable Children and Young People to remain in their own homes, living as safely and independently as possible. The commissioner critical success factors for this service are: — Children, Young People and Parents/Carers have consistent staff, who treat and care for them with kindness, dignity and respect, — Children, Young People and Parents/carers are involved in deciding the nature of their Care plan, — Children, Young People and Parents/Carers have greater choice and control and will see an increase in personal budgets, — A sustainable provision by ensuring best value for money and a competent and responsive workforce.
