Tender description
Cambridgeshire County Council, Peterborough City Council and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough Clinical Commissioning Group wished to commission a Mental health recovery and community inclusion service for Adults with mental health needs that would benefit from a range of interventions in a community setting. The service will enable people to develop the skills and resources needed to gain independence, build resilience and enhance coping skills. Cambridgeshire County Council is the lead commissioner for the service. Funding for the service will be through alignment of current investment from Cambridgeshire County Council, Peterborough City Council and Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CCG. The contract is for an initial period of 3,5 years with 2 optional extension periods of 2 years each (3,5+2+2), making 7,5 years in total.
