The final date and time for the submission of bids is Friday 3rd August, 2018 at 11:00am DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the CCS eSourcing Portal. Brief Description of Requirement Client has undertaken a survey to review the general condition of the pontoon, its piles, the underside of the pontoon access and its connection to the quay wall. It has been identified that the pontoon guide has failed at the North - East & North - West connections. Services have been noted as hanging loose and untidy beneath the pontoon access brow. Loose wear plate and misalignment of brow rollers at the south-west end of the pontoon access brow has also been identified. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document.
