Wirral Community NHS Foundation Trust require the supply and fit of two boilers and therefore require a quotation based on the spec below Fender Clinic Boiler & BMS System Replacement Specification Scope of Works: Replacement of 2 x 40W Wall Mounted Boilers & BMS System required. • Isolate current boilers and drain down heating systems. • Remove current boilers and flue to be disposed of in an appropriate manner. • Install new boilers and flue • Remove existing header tank, no replacement header tank required as supply will be from mains. • Supply and install a magnetic filter onto the system pipework, to protect the operation of the heating system. • Connect existing gas pipework to the boilers and test in accordance with current regulations, raising any concerns noted. • Replace current BMS system and wire accordingly into new heating system. • Fill up system and flush through with cleanser. • Refill and carry out a full heat test, thermally insulate all new pipework. Commission boilers for optimum efficiency. Dose system with inhibitor. • Replace 3 x faulty radiators. Once works complete review heating system and provide recommendation regarding remaining radiators. • Register boilers with gas safe and building control. • Remove any waste from site and make good any damage to structures.
