Promotional material is required to promote Culture Night Kildare and Play Day in Co Kildare. Material includes a Culture Night booklet. The national Culture Night logo to be provided. Design to be sympathetic to the Culture Night logo. Text will be supplied by the Arts Service in Word Format. Photographs and images will be supplied by the Arts Service in various formats. A max of 10 additional images to be supplied by the designer. We request a quotation for 28 pages Self Cover Books printed in full colour throughout on approx 100gsm matt A5 landscape finished size. We also welcome other suggestions on the weight and finish of paper used, particularly if there significant cost cuts can be achieved, while samples of other suggested papers must be supplied for consideration. Finished hard copy design must be adapted to an easy read format for web viewing. NBWhile we endeavour to have all events submitted for inclusion in the hard copy edition, It is likely that additional 'last minute' events will be added after the hard copy design is signed off for printing. The web version must be easily adaptable to allow for this In addition, we require a quotation for a Culture Night flyer. Side One to promote Culture Night programmes in Gaeilge and English. Side Two to promote Play Day in Gaeilge and English. Text will be supplied by the Arts Service in Word Format. Culture Night logo/Play Day logo to be included. No additional images are required. The quality of the paper is negotiable.
