Tender description

Lincolnshire County Council is in the process of assessing the best way in which to procure a contract to deliver Audit and Support Services to the Providers of the Lincolnshire NHS Health Check Programme, all of whom are Lincolnshire-based GP Practices. The Council anticipates the Service will include requirements to: — visit and audit each GP Practice in relation to their performance and process under the NHS Health Check Programme on an annual basis, — hold the license for the NHS Health Check QRisk software and ensure any underlying software required is in place, — write and maintain GP system templates; train staff on the use of templates, — check compliance; and advice on referrals in to other Council Commissioned services. The Council is keen to hear from all Providers who are interested and able to deliver a service of this type. The Council may choose to contact Providers who have expressed an interest directly with a follow-up Market Questionnaire. At this stage the Council is exploring the best way in which to procure the services and this will be informed by the interest generated by this PIN.
