Blenheim Extra Care Soft Market Testing and Invitation to Provider Feedback and Engagement Event

The London Borough of Hounslow (LBH) is seeking to engage with suitably qualified suppliers to participate in Soft Market Testing for the provision of an Extra Care service. Further to the Market Engagement event undertaken in December 2017, we are now in the process of finalising the service specification and are keen to engage with providers who are market leaders and experts in the field to help us clarify some aspects of the service model. We are seeking your views and expertise to help us to refine our service model in the form of a questionnaire. An outline of the service is set out in the attached presentation and further context is provided for each of the questions in this document. The Council is seeking your initial views by way of responses to the questions, which will then be explored further during the providers event. The Council intends to hold a provider’s event on September 10th at 2pm-4pm Blue Zone Hounslow Civic Centre, Lampton Road, Hounslow.
