Tender description

As part of our Strategic Development Plan for the Belfast- Dublin Enterprise Service Translink have identified the need for the removal of permanent speed restrictions through track relays, track geometry improvements and embankment works on the Belfast Dublin Rail Line. Translink intend to undertake a procurement exercise to appoint supply partners under a Professional Services Contract to facilitate completion of investigatory works followed by a Feasibility Study and Outline Design to Grip 3 for embankment strengthening works for embankments constructed on poor ground and flood plains at 2 locations. The estimated construction cost is in the region of 10 000 000 GBP.
