Tender description

Arc Partnership require the services of Asbestos Consultants/Analysts to provide the following services under a Framework Agreement: — Emergency response – within 2 hours (arrival on site), — Management Surveys, — Refurbishment and Demolition (R and D) Surveys, — Production of removal or treatment specifications, — Project advice, — Providing Abatement/removal specifications, — Attend meetings as requested, — Reviewing and acceptance of licensed contractors plan of works, risk assessments and method statements prior to works, — Monitoring the work of licensed contractors, — Clearance procedures and certificates of re-occupation, — Comply with the requirements of Nottinghamshire County Council (NCC) as detailed in Appendix 3, — Use of NCC electronic Management System (P2) to input and maintain asbestos information, — General/specialist advice and training to the Employer in matters relating to asbestos as required.
