Tender description

Architect, PSDP, design team leader, employer's representative, design certifier and assigned certifier for proposed gymnasiums in Limerick and Kilkenny. The provision of architectural design and ancillary services, as specified, in connection with the construction and fit out of gymnasium buildings within army barracks located in Limerick and Kilkenny. The appointed consultant will lead a design team consisting of separately appointed consultants who will provide the required quantity surveying, structural /civil engineering and mechanical /electrical engineering inputs to the design team. The team is intended to take the projects through from the initial design studies to defects liability certification at the conclusion of the construction process.
