Tender description

The Contract is for the provision of a Contractor to deliver RATHCOOLE PLAY PARK REFURBISHMENT WORKS. The location of works is at the Rathcoole Leisure Park, Derrycoole Way, Newtownabbey. Project Scope – The works include (but are not confined to) :- • Relocation of some items of existing equipment and the supply and installation of new equipment. • Removal and disposal of older play equipment. • New safety surface throughout play area. • New fencing and access gates. • New areas of bitmac, paving & landscaping. • An RPII Certificate is to be attained for the play area before handover to Employer.
