Upgrading of Server Room Cooling Units - St Nicholas Hospital

NTW Solutions Ltd are inviting tenders for the replacement of air conditioning equipment within NTW NHS Foundation Trusts IT server room on a main hospital site in Newcastle upon Tyne. The replacement of the existing down flow units will consist of the removal and stripping out of internal/external existing plant and controls and the supply and installation of two new down flow air conditioning units. The associated building management system will also be replaced. During the works the server room will remain operational and the contractor shall work to local site rules whilst engaged on this scheme. The successful contractor will be responsible for all works including all mechanical and electrical services, builders work, commissioning and setting to work of the units, this will be carried out in close coordination with NTW Solutions Ltd Estates team and the Trusts own in house IT support team.
