Tender description

It is the intention of this multispeciality support and advisory consultancy framework to assist Beneficiaries with their transformational aims for service delivery and or partnership working, by providing focused and specialised support in the pursuit of service delivery excellence and/or service delivery enablement, ensuring services delivered by the Beneficiaries conform to legislative, regulatory and or best practice arrangements applicable to, or against, the type of entity they are and the services they deliver. Services offered under this Framework will support Beneficiaries with elements such as but not limited to: advice, support, data analytics, service mapping, system reviews, redesign, patient/user service development, service delivery provider audits and legal advice, integrated working, and other collaborative working practices which may be required with either singularly or collaboratively with other publicly funded entities, either as a result of publicly funded entities being directed/mandated centrally to work together or as is determined and required by the Beneficiaries themselves. Additionally, it is intended that this Framework will not only support existing activity of the Beneficiaries, but that it will fully support the evolving and developing landscape of patient/user-centric services. The Framework is intended to provide a support and knowledge base for the emerging care and integrated care models encompassing vanguards, sustainable transformation plans (STPs), multi-specialty community providers (MCP) joint service developments, primary and acute care systems (PACS), accountable care networks (ACN) or where organisations come together to explore new working opportunities.
