Family support services in Leeds are designed to support families with complex problems by working with them to improve outcomes for the whole family and thereby reducing the need for more intensive and costly interventions. The Integrated Family Support offer will provide time focused support to families with children / young people where there is an identified support need. To deliver an integrated Family Support offer to children and families where there is an identified support need providing the following: — a city wide service, — focused on early intervention to prevent escalation of need, — works in line with the Leeds Practice Model including Re-think Formulation, — works closely with Restorative Early Support Teams. Open procedure
