Single-Operator Framework Agreement for the Supply of Topdressing Sand, Peat-Free Sand/Compost Mix & Related Materials to HRI Racecourses Ltd and Cork Racecourse Mallow

HRI Racecourses Ltd and Cork Racecourse Mallow are seeking a suitably resourced provider for the supply of topdressing sand, peat-free sand/compost mix and related materials. Please note that the Contracting Authority provides no guarantee to any future expenditure. It is emphasised that a framework agreement constitutes no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity of services from a particular economic operator. The overall spend on topdressing sand, peat-free sand/compost mix and related materials over the past 4 years has been approximately €87,000 ex VAT. This is purely informational and constitutes no guarantee regarding the volume of work that will be awarded to the successful tenderer. It is anticipated that an initial contract of two years’ duration will be entered into with the successful tenderer for the supply of topdressing sand, peat-free sand/compost mix and related materials to HRI Racecourses Ltd and Cork Racecourse Mallow. Related materials will include but will not be limited to fibre sand and compost. The successful tenderer in line with the published award criteria is Sanrose Ltd, Ballinra, Screen, Enniscorthy, Co Wexford.
