Co-located in Childrens Specialist and Safeguarding Directorate Hours of work 1.5days per week. Prime tasks – Launching & Embedding Contextual Safeguarding Practice in the directorate and with partner agencies as required Embed Contextual Safeguarding principles across a holistic ‘exploitation’ model , supporting the borough to work towards an integrated offer to vulnerable adolescents Engage in monthly forecasting activities to identify training, commissioning decisions, practice pilots, audits and other activities in the borough where contextual safeguarding is relevant and identify the best way to ensure the approach informs these activities De-brief with their line manager who is an expert in Contextual Safeguarding alongside the Exploitation & Vulnerability coordinators on a quarterly basis to problem solve challenges that have emerged and identify the priorities for Children’s Specialist Safeguarding Directorate in the borough over the next quarter Keywords: Safe Guarding
