The Authority required a Provider for the renewal of ICT hardware warranties and associated support. The Overall Contract Term will have a retrospective start date to cover all the required hardware warranties, which will be from 1st June 2018. The Contract Expiry Date will be 31 st August 2021. There will be no options to extend the contract.
