Tender description

The Contracting Entity intends to procure a contract to supply Project Management, Training, Development and Support Services Tender for Engineering and Major Projects. The Contracting entity intends to have three lots The three lots are listed below The Lots may include items but are not limited to Appendix 2 in the PQQ document. Lot 1: Training and Development Lot 2: Facilitation Lot 3: Project Support Services The contracting entity intends to procure a framework for Training and Development.This may include but not limited to: — Delivery of Project Management Training Courses, — Development of appropriate training material for training and development. The Contracting entity anticipates to appoint three suppliers per lot with a strategy of mini-tendering. The contracting entity intends to procure a framework for Facilitation This may include but not limited to: — Facilitation of Project Workshops (including but not limited to Planning, WBS, Risk etc) The Contracting entity anticipates to appoint three suppliers per lot with a strategy of mini-tendering. The contracting entity intends to procure a single party framework for Project Support Services may include but not limited to: — Governance, Methods and Standards, — Project Assurance, — Continuous Improvement — A3 and Lean Six Sigma, — Expert Advice to Project Support and Trouble Shooting, — Industry leading advice in the advancement of Project and Programme Management in the utility or equivalent sectors. The Contracting entity anticipates to appoint 3 suppliers per lot with a strategy of mini-tendering.
