Tender description

The Council is seeking a Service Provider to deliver a personalised Direct Payment Support Service to eligible customers on behalf of West Sussex County Council and West Sussex continuing healthcare (across the county of West Sussex). The service consists of two elements: (a) a universal Information and Advice service on all aspects of Direct payments/ Personal health budgets; and (b) an intensive Core employment service for customers who are eligible to receive a Direct payment or personal health budget and have chosen to use this to employ a Personal assistant. The services under the contract are described in detail in Document 02 the Service specification.
