Tender description
ENGIE Services Ltd on behalf of North East Lincolnshire Council is seeking a suitably qualifed consultant to undertake its regular monitoring at key traffic location within the Local Authority area. This project aims to collect a substantial body of data in September 2017. The data required will be a mix of Automatic Traffic Count (ATC) data, turn count data, queue length data and pedestrian crossing data. This data will fuel two separate work streams, the first of which is to complete its annual Road Traffic Reduction Act monitoring. This is a series of link counts, which have been monitored consistently over the preceding 20 years. Secondly, the data will assist in pro-actively planning for congestion at existing hot-spots and help to identify potential improvement schemes. Keywords: Traffic Data, Consultant
