What is the IR35 status for these opportunities? The services under the framework are outside the scope of IR35 2. Can we ask if there is an incumbent currently in post for this (and the other 2) roles you've issued today. No these are new requirements so no organisation is currently providing the service. 3. We think these Posts have been issued previously ? if so, why have they been re-issued ? They were re-issued due to advice provided by CCS with regards to compliance. 4. Under "Nice-to-have skills and experience", all three posts say "Have worked specifically within the UK Local Government Sector on similar projects". Do you require Consultants who have specific Local Government experience? If not, why has it been written this way ? This is a nice to have skill as we would prefer organisations that have worked in local authorities but do not wish to exclude organisations that have completed similar work but within the private or 3rd sector. 5. Is the start date Wednesday 1 August 2018 flexible? We have some felxiability but only in days and not weeks or months.
