Tender description
The City Council, along with stakeholders, would like to procure the services of experienced consultant(s) to produce a Spatial Regeneration Framework (SRF) to deliver the regeneration and development of the Mathew Street/Cavern Quarter area of Liverpool. The Council would also like to extend this piece of work to the neighbouring Williamson Square and adjacent streets which create a “place” in its own right. It is intended that the SRF will be adopted as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) to supplement policies in the Liverpool Local Plan, once that has been adopted. It has just been submitted to Government. Keywords: Mathew St Spatial Regeneration Framework
