Tender description

Kartverket intends to enter into a contract with Gartner Norge AS for access to supplier-independent research, analysis and consultancy services within ICT and the supplier market. Tenderers must be able to be an advisor in strategic choices based on the Kartveket's actual needs. The services must be designed as a member-based subscription service, where Kartverket gets access to analyses and research material, at the same time that the tenderer shall, in addition, provide consultancy services/advice and quality assurance when required.
