Tender description

Portsmouth City Council “the Council” has awarded a contract to provide Marine Liability Insurances for Portsmouth International Port. The contracts commenced on 30.6.2018 for a period of 3 years with the option to extend by 2 further one year periods to a maximum total term of 5 years subject to approval of the Council. The value of the contract is approximately 55 000 GBP per annum for Lot 1 and approximately 28 500 GBP for Lot 2 making a yearly total of 83 500 GBP with a maximum value of 417 500 GBP if extension options are taken up. All values are net of insurance premium tax. Insurance cover to include but not be limited to: Cover as Per LSW1510 — Wavelength Port and Terminals Consortium Liability Wording. Extensions to: LSW1512: Advice and Information Extension (Liability). LSW1513: Fines and Duty Extension (Liability). LSW1514: Infringement of Personal Rights Extension (Liability).
