United Utilities is currently undertaking market research/pre-market engagement and would be interested in hearing from suppliers who are able to provide Business Travel Management Services. United Utilities (UU) is inviting Bidders to participate in this Periodic Indicative Notice for the provision of Business Travel Management Services. The requirement is for a single Supplier to provide UU with the associated services and expertise to book Domestic, European and International Travel (Train/Air/Ferry etc.), Accommodation and Meetings and Events services. The Supplier must also have the provision of a dedicated VIP team that can handle complex requirements and an overall account managed service for the UU Directors and members of the Executive Team. The provision of Travel, Hotels Accommodation and Meetings and Events with be a single lot of services and any Supplier responding to this notice must be able to provide the full list of services outlined below and within the attached supporting document, 24/7 365 days a year: Travel – Air, and Other Accommodation Rail (UK/EU) Conference and Event Management Online Platform Secondary Ordering Points and Account Managed (VIP) Services Payment for Services Strategic Account Management For the avoidance of doubt, this is a request for information/pre-market engagement exercise.
