Thirteen Housing Group currently offer a Cash Plan benefit, which is a popular lifestyle benefit for our staff. It is also a key part of our employer offer when looking to attract high caliber staff to the organisation. We are now looking to renew and relaunch our Cash Plan offer and establish a long-term supplier/employer relationship in doing so. 4.2. The existing Cash Plan the organisation operates, as noted, is a popular benefit, and to facilitate the next stage of the journey, we require the new arrangement to offer, as a minimum, the same level of existing benefit cover. This covers 3 levels of Employee (+children up to the age of 24) cover, and 3 levels of Family +children) cover as set out in 4.4. The basic level of cover will be funded by the organisation. Employees requiring higher levels of cover will pay an additional premium set by the successful provider. 4.3. The Cash Plan will need to provide as a minimum the following types of benefit; dental, dental injury, optical, consultations and diagnostics, hospital (in patient and day surgery), treatments including physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, chiropody, acupuncture), prescriptions, Health Assessments, Employee Assistance Program, Health Line. By definition, if your Cash Plan proposal as submitted exceeds this then the assessment of price and quality will take this into consideration when assessing the bids.
