Framework for Traffic Surveying Services in Southend on Sea

Tender description

The Council seek to appoint Framework Suppliers to carry out Traffic Surveys within the boundaries of Southend on Sea Borough Council. This competition also seeks to appoint a qualified contractor(s) to design, supply, execute and provide Traffic Survey data for a specific period in September/October 2018 for the following: A) Lot 1 – MCCs (Manual Classified Counts) and MCTCs (Manual Classified Turning Counts) B) Lot 2 – ATCs (Automatic Traffic Counters). Suitably qualified suppliers may submit tenders for one or both lots for the September 2018 project; the Council will establish a ranking by lot and appoint – at its sole discretion – the highest-ranking tenderer by lot to a) the September 2018 project and the highest-scoring tenderer(s) to b) the highest-ranking tenderers to a Framework in order to run mini-competitions for future requirements.
