Enhanced Primary Care Evening, Weekend and Bank Holiday Provision

Tender description

This service will provide pre-bookable appointments between the hours of 18:30 and 20:00 (as a minimum) Monday to Friday, and during the day on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays (including Christmas & Easter) from 1st April 2019 for patients registered with a Southend CCG GP practice, or resident within the borough, Clinical staff must include a GP who can be accompanied by another clinician such as ANPs, Practice nurses, ECPs, Pharmacists, Mental Health link workers, Healthcare Assistants etc . A receptionist will also be required throughout at both sites. The service must deliver a total of 74 hours per week (excluding weeks with a bank holiday).
