e-ITT for the provision of Replacement Roofing to Four Blocks of Flats & One block of Flats / Maisonettes at Howards Mead, Pennington, Lymington Closing Date for Submission of tenders: 12.00 NOON, FRIDAY 14th SEPTEMBER 2018 New Forest District Council (NFDC) is undertaking a programme of modernisation to Local Authority owned housing stock. This work is to four (4) three storey flat blocks and one (1) block of three storey flats and maisonettes in the same area. This contract is for the removal and replacement of tile roofs, the removal of chimney stacks, the removal and replacement of PVCu fascias and soffits. The removal of PVCu rainwater goods and installing a seamless zinc rainwater goods system. The re-pointing, cleaning and making good of brickwork in isolated areas. All correspondence is via the Councils e-tendering portal ProContract hosted on the South East Business Portal (SEBP).
