Tender description

To develop a methodology and tool to assess the impacts of non-physical disturbance (disturbance resulting from visual stimuli and surface and underwater noise) from fishing vessel activity on birds in marine special protection areas (SPAs). This is to allow regulators including the Marine Management Organisation (MMO) to determine whether or not disturbance is resulting in an adverse effect on the integrity of SPAs in England.
