For the provision of a service requiring damp and mould assessment, evaluation and determination of action for treatment and remedial works and undertaking of such works and making good following damp and mould damage, eg replacement kitchens and/or bathrooms, replacement of water services inside properties and external services (both above and below ground), works to dampproof courses and membranes and tanking works.
