Expressions of interest are invited for the Proposed Residential Development at Glasfryn Road, St Davids which will consist of the design and build of 70 units split into two lots for two types of tenure and will be subject to two separate contracts but with one contractor: 38 No units affordable rented housing scheme constructed to WG standards 32 No. unit market housing scheme This development will be undertaken at the same time as a commercial development of a 63 bed Premier Inn which is being undertaken by a separate developer. There will be a requirement to interface with that development in some areas. Expressions of interest must be submitted via email to Judith.arnold@atebgroup.co.uk by Wednesday 5.9.2018. Tenders will be published mid September with an anticipated contract commencement date of January 2019.
