Tender description

Business coaching is a professional relationship designed to bring about change for an individual, group of individuals and/or teams within an organisation. It facilitates performance, learning & development of people and is about improving effectiveness and achieving results. The objective is to help coachees to maximise their personal and professional potential to enable them to deliver the organisation’s strategic objectives. As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous development, EirGrid wishes to provide access to business coaching to staff. This may take the form of One to One coaching and/or team based coaching. Our target audience includes: Our Executive team Our extended leadership group, including newly appointed managers; Employees identified through a Talent Management process; Employees identified as benefitting from a career planning and coaching initiative; Employees at a key career transition point, for example at key promotion point, retirement planning, return to work following a period of absence such as career break, maternity leave and so forth. Tenderers are invited to submit a tender for one or more or all of the applicable Lots in accordance with this RFP: Lot 1: Executive One to One Coaching Lot 2: Non-Executive One to One Coaching Lot 3: Group Coaching/Collective Coaching Where a company is submitting for both Lot 1 and Lot 2, the coaches proposed for each Lot must be different as EirGrid requires that any coach that is providing the service in one Lot will not be allowed provide the service in the other Lot. The framework agreement period will be for three years with an option to extend annually for an additional two years, subject always to the satisfactory performance of each member.
