Specific experience of providing prime delivery and 1st fix greater than 80 % for core mechanical and electrical elements, with limited reliance upon sub-contractors, of critical infrastructure asset maintenance consisting of planned, reactive maintenance and minor works to critical infrastructure (building fabric, plant & machinery) operating 24 hours /7 days a week /a year.
