AV Provision for EIC (Preston) & Victoria Mill (Burnley)

Tender description

The University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) is planning to install IT/AV equipment in two new teaching facilities, the EIC building based in Preston and Victoria Mill based in Burnley. Therefore UCLan invites suppliers from the stated framework lot to participate in a further competition process for the supply, delivery and installation of IT/AV podiums and displays as detailed within this document. The project involves installation works therefore suppliers will have to demonstrate additional technical requirements relating to their working practices, methods and accreditations to the minimum requirements set by UCLan, please refer to the Contractor Questionnaire for further information. In addition, UCLan require a dedicated Project Manager for the duration of the entire project; the UCLan TELT Technicians team will be available throughout the installation to offer information, guidance and oversight.
