Asbestos removal services

Tender description

Westminster City Council are looking to appoint a single provider on a 3 year basis to undertake all asbestos surveying and analytical services relating to our property portfolio which is currently managed by our ALMO City West Homes. Westminster City Council intend to procure a single provider to undertake asbestos surveying and analytical services in order for it to meet its requirements under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. The successful supplier will be required but not limited to undertaking the following types of services: — management surveys, — re-inspection surveys, — re-assurance air testing, — background air monitoring and enclosure leak testing, — personal air monitoring, — 4 stage clearance testing, — supervisory services, — laboratory testing, — awareness Training. The successful supplier will be undertaking the services on the following types of properties within the authorities property portfolio: — commercial offices, — stand alone plant rooms, — communal areas and hallways, — residential buildings. The supplier will be required to work with the Authorities ALMO City West Homes in order to deliver the services. The Contracting Authority is Westminster City Council.
