Tender description

PIN to determine if will tender specific community alarm services. Review EOI's and shape any tender documentation. Consider: New provider to take all out of hours calls associated with running a community alarm centre (emergency calls, general enquiries, raising repairs for registered social landlords etc) — out of hours from 18:00 pm to 8:00 am following morning and 24/7 on weekends and all bank holidays, — act as our disaster recovery centre during unforeseen emergencies and system maintenance visits, — intend to retain own call centre to take calls during core hours, — majority of call centre staff would be eligible for TUPE, — use Jontek call handling software for emergency calls and DRAX for fire alarm calls (need a way for data to seamlessly transmit between 2), — services provided for approx. 4500 properties (5000 connections), — services provided for approx. 300 lone workers (most normal hours)information or why your organisation wouldn’t express an interest is much appreciated.
