Tender description
East Northamptonshire Council is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced provider for its housing options service. This service is currently contracted out and the contract will end on 31.3.2019 The housing options service includes homelessness services, choice based lettings and housing advice. Through the tender return, the Council wishes to judge a bidder's experience of delivering a similar service and also what additional value and innovation can be brought to the service. Bidders should note that the Council is making TUPE information available to bidders, please email Louise Bagley on (lbagley@east-northamptonshire.gov.uk). The Council accepts no liability for the accuracy of this information. Bidders must make their own decision about whether TUPE is applicable in this case.
