Tender description

The Newcastle City Council has a requirement Payment Engine Software that provides an automated income management system with client self-service and integrated work flow. The requirement covers the Council and Your Homes Newcastle. The requirement also covers any shared service agreement that the Council may form part of in the future. The requirement covers the Council and Your Homes Newcastle. The requirement also covers any shared service agreement that the Council may form part of in the future. Newcastle City Council (NCC) has established a project to replace the existing payment engine software. Tenderers are invited for the supply of payment engine software. The current suite of applications is under licence for support and maintenance purposes through to 15.9.2019. It is essential that the implementation of any new system does not extend beyond this extension date. All functionality must be live prior to the cessation of the current contract.
