Tender description

1.2 This public procurement competition relates to the appointment of a service provider to provide the Winterval Illuminations 3D Lightshow. This Lightshow consisted of a 5 – 7 minutes 3D animated Lightshow projected onto the Deanery Building in Cathedral Square, Waterford City. This show is shown 7 times a night over 18 days between the 17th November and 23rd December 2018
