*This is NOT a call for competition* Further competition was conducted via the BIS Research and Evaluation Framework - Lot 1 to commission a Survey to Determine Current Attitudes to the use of Animals in Scientific Research for the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy. 8. The scope of this assignment covered the following areas of work: • A UK wide survey of public attitudes to the use of animals in scientific research, to include attitudes towards regulatory and inspectoral regimes. • an analysis of the trends displayed by the population for each question asked, in comparison to the 2014 and 2016 surveys. • design and production of a final project report for online publication, keeping in mind the layout and style of previous reports. • delivery of an anonymised dataset in Excel for online publication and re-use by other researchers.
