Staffordshire Moorlands District Council is looking for a suitably experienced supplier to provide approximately 20,000 open mouth compostable paper sacks annually. It is anticipated that one order per annum will be placed, with delivery of stock to occur early April each year. The exact stock order quantities for future years may vary as they are dependent on a number of factors. It is anticipated that the variance is no more than 5,000 sacks. This exercise is being managed through the Council's E-tendering system via the West Midlands Improvement and Efficiency Portal.
