Tender description
The support and maintenance of the existing SAP Business One Environment including Associated software and On-Site consultancy for Future planned projects. The current support and maintenance contract is due to end on 31.12.2018 and therefore Totally local company invite interested providers to tender for the support and maintenance contract for a minimum of 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months commencing January 2019. The initial 2-year pricing will be fixed. Within the support and maintenance, the provider will be required to quote any associated costs (if applicable) for upgrading Totally local company to the latest stable version of SAP B1 for each year of the contract. On-site consultancy for Future planned projects.
