The provision of long-term specialist employability services to support individuals with multiple barriers to progress along the Strategic Skills Pipeline. The Highland Council is seeking to consult with third sector organisations regarding an opportunity to apply for European funding to deliver employability services across the Highlands. The key criteria being: The provision of long-term specialist employability services to support individuals with multiple barriers to progress along the Strategic Skills Pipeline You must have access to financial resources which are eligible to match with European funding (potential increased contribution from current 50 % European funding level) Annual project costs are anticipated to be in the order of 100 000 GBP+ (Consortium bids will be considered).
