Tender description

Renewal of approximately 1,192 smoke detector and 561 heat detectors to 561 homes, 561 Carbon monoxide detectors and control units to 561 properties over a 6 month period (354 houses, 121 Bungalows and 86 low rise flats) in Norris Green, Fazakerley & Croxteth areas of Liverpool. There are also approximately 595 light fitting across 90 properties within this programmed which require installation of a new light fitting. Cobalt also require pricing off an additional 339 properties (Flats) for battery operated smoke, heat, carbon monoxide detectors and control units. The value submitted will not be included in the submitted tender price but may be included as part of the contract with the successful contractor. The anticipated contract value is between ?135,000.00 and ?160,000.00 The anticipated start date is October 2018 and practical completion April 2019. Achieving the start on site and practical completion dates are critical.
