Anglia Ruskin University is looking to contract a Supplier for the provision of Smart Card Bureau Services including printers and consumables to be deployed to students, staff, visitors and contractors in support of its services at its campus locations in Cambridge, Chelmsford and Peterborough. We currently provide in excess of 20 000 Ruskin ID cards annually, using a mixture of on-site personalisation and externally contracted services. The proposed contract will be for 36 months with the option to extend for 2 times 12 months. Anglia Ruskin University is looking to contract a Supplier for the provision of Smart Card Bureau Services including printers and consumables to be deployed to students, staff, visitors and contractors in support of its services at its campus locations in Cambridge, Chelmsford and Peterborough. The main supported services include attendance recording, general ID, library functions and physical access control. We currently provide in excess of 20 000 Ruskin ID cards annually, using a mixture of on-site personalisation and externally contracted services. Please note this is solely based on previous years and may vary during the contract period. The largest batches of cards are printed during enrolment periods: September and January. The contract will mainly include but will not be limited to: — The provision and personalisation of the required smart cards, for both in-house personalisation, and external printing services, — The provision of card printers, software and consumables to deliver on-site printing as required, — The maintenance of all on site equipment. The proposed contract will be for 36 months with the option to extend for 2 times 12 months.
